하지만 일본의 유주(Yuzu)가 아닌
세계적으로 뛰어난 품질의 한국 유자(Yuja)를
소개하고 싶어 개발한 디저트입니다.
데세르몽드의 <유자 케이크>는
밀도가 있으면서도 전체적으로 부드러운 질감에
은은하게 나는 유자 향이 특징입니다.
겉은 얇게 글라사주로 코팅하여
촉촉함을 유지할 수 있도록 보완했고
꿀에 절인 유자 껍질과 라임제스트 장식으로
완성하였습니다.

뽑으라고 한다면 주저 없이 피칸을 뽑을 것입니다.
피칸은 특유의 향과 고소한 향이 더해져
